I was completely transfixed by the vast array of colour and form. Then, slowly, the ideas of images, the intent to begin to think about animals, people and objects began to coalesce before my eyes! Rapturous and beautiful!

A Visit from a Friend
Last week I enjoyed a home / studio visit from my dear friend Kathleen.
I showed her some of my latest creations, which she loved.
'Peculiar Velocity' 12x12 Acrylic on Cradleboard.
'The Age of Information ' 12x12 Acrylic on Cradleboard.
'The Journey Beyond Yourself ' 12x12 Acrylic on Cradleboard
All three of these paintings will soon be available at ArtBomb:
And finally, I'd like to show you the adorable and so comfy little summer dress Kathleen brought me from our favourite vintage shop in Montréal!
Thanks, Kathleen!

Chris Hadfield gets a painting!
Back in November of 2014, I gave Col. Chris Hadfield a painting I did. It was inspired by his book: An Astronaut's Guide to Life on Earth, which I got a signed copy of.
He also shook my hand so hard that it bruised slightly. I didn't mind in the slightest. :)
